A number of CSD Facilities bond projects have been completed. Seismic work at Adams, Jefferson, and Wilson Elementary Schools was completed on schedule. The track resurfacing is complete at Linus Pauling and Cheldelin Middle Schools, Corvallis High School, and Crescent Valley High School. The new Crescent Valley synthetic field is complete and opened for the final fall varsity games. Corvallis High School softball facilities improvements will be completed in November.

The school Design Advisory Committees have provided a lot of input. Garfield, Lincoln, and Hoover Elementary Schools and Crescent Valley High School have all completed the design development phase and will be moving into the construction document phase.

The bidding season for district projects will kick off on November 1 at a Construction Open House for interested bidders and construction trades for the Garfield Elementary School project. The bond team is working to attract local and minority-owned contractors for district projects.

Questions about the bond program may be directed to the Facilities and Transportation office at 541-757-5877.
