Middle school boys and girls are invited to the gym every Saturday morning for an engaging basketball program where they can learn and enhance their basketball skills, participate in scrimmage games, and enjoy playing the sport.

This class is a blend of yoga and mindfulness. No experience required. Yoga poses are easily accessible. The class has a focus on supporting social and emotional awareness for children who identify as girls.
