Menstrual Dignity Act

The Menstrual Dignity Act requires school districts to provide free menstrual products for all K-12 students in all public schools in Oregon.

Providing free products helps students participate actively in classes and school activities by providing:

  • Safe, private spaces where students can access products
  • Instructions for how to use them
  • Trash receptacles for private disposal
  • Contact information for a school staff member to answer questions

What menstrual products are provided for students?

Corvallis School District provides pads and tampons for student use.
