Meal Accounts and Payment

Meal Prices

Under the Community Eligibility Provision from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), beginning July 1, 2024, all students qualify for a free complete “reimbursable” breakfast and lunch, regardless of income. Families do not need to fill out free and reduced lunch applications for these benefits. Students at Corvallis High School and Crescent Valley High School should be made aware that breakfast before school and after the bell are considered the same serving session and only one breakfast will be at no charge. Students opting for a la carte items or additional meals will be charged for them and will need to have money in their account. Chargeable meal prices shown below.

* A reimbursable meal is as follows:

  • Breakfast: At least 3 food items being offered including at least 1/2 cup of a fruit or vegetable.
    • Food Items: A cereal, milk, and fruit.
  • Lunch: At least 3 of the 5 meal components offered including at least a 1/2 cup of fruit or vegetable.
    • Meal Components: Meat/Meat Alternative, Grain, Fruit, Vegetable, Milk

Meal Payments

Meal account payments can be made at the school office, cafeteria or online using the web-based school food management system, LINQ Solutions.

The LINQ license covers public schools in Corvallis.

  • All families will need to type “Corvallis School District (Oregon)” in the district box when using the program.

Any student who transfers within the district will have their meal account balance and eligibility automatically move to their new school with them.

Payment Fees

Online payments have a processing fee equal to the greater of $2.85 or 3.95% of the amount being paid. Common payments and fees shown below:

Family Portal

This family portal allows parents to manage their student’s meal account. By linking all of their students to their portal, they can:

  • monitor account balance and meal transactions
  • make online payments
  • receive low balance email notifications
  • setup auto-replenish when student balance falls below a certain minimum amount
  • transfer money between student accounts

Parents and guardians are encouraged to login to the family portal using Google Chrome by clicking the button below. Please type “Corvallis School District (Oregon)” in the district box when using the program. Include the leading zero in the student ID number and use preferred student name.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
